We understand our customer's concerns about privacy and discretion. For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked packaging bag. The shipping label only includes shipping info, it does not contain the store name and item name.  And everything is shipped together in 1 package. Unless you ordered a lot of items, then we might use 2 or more packages.

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days of our receipt. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday, it will ship on Monday. Please understand that once carrier has your package, we have no control over the delivery date and there may be delays due to various reasons. Typically the package will arrive on the date indicated by your tracking number.

Standard shipping:

Kindly Note: Orders to remote areas would take a little longer to be delivered. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address specified for the order. And for orders to Iceland, our regular shipping partners are unable to deliver. Shipments can only be made via FedEx, which requires an additional shipping fee.


Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order. If the package is returned due to the customer's failure to pick up the package in time, wrong address, or other reason, we will reserve the right to ask you to pay twice the delivery cost for redelivery or refund.

*Special circumstances such as a high volume of orders, new product releases, or restock days may lead to longer shipping times. If this is the case, we will note it on the product page and send a follow-up reminder via email. We will try our best to process each order in a timely manner, but it is difficult to be perfect, if this happens, hope you can understand.

Cancel Order

At FEMBOY FASHION, we accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers can apply for a return within 30 days after product delivery. The original shipping and handling fees - 15% of each order are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to ensure you send the package to the right address. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the error was on our end. For free shipping orders, a shipping fee of $5.99-$10.99 will be deducted.

All products must be returned in the original selling condition.

Hygiene and our customers’ safety are super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including Underwear, Panties, Hosiery, Sale Items, Clearance Items, Bodystockings, and Bondage Kits.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
