We understand our customer's concerns about privacy and discretion. For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked boxes black packaging bag. There will be no mention of your items on your package. 

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business day of our receipt. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday, it will ship on Monday. Please understand that once carrier has your package, we have no control over the delivery date and there may be delays due to various reasons. Typically the package will arrive on the date indicated by your tracking number.

Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order. If the package is returned due to the customer's failure to pick up the package in time, wrong address, or other reason, we will reserve the right to ask you to pay twice the delivery cost for redelivery or refund.
