A: How Do I Place The Order?

Q: To pay for your order on our website, follow the steps below:
1) Add your favorite items to the cart
2) Go to the cart and Click “check out” button
3) Fill in your email and shipping information
4) Choose the payment method to complete the payment

A: Is this Free Shipping?

Q: We offer free shipping on order over $60. Learn more about our shipping and delivery time HERE.

A: How Long Will My Order Be Shipped After I Place An Order?

Q: Standard processing time is between 1-2 business days. After the order is shipped out, the shipping time usually needs about 10-15 business days if everything goes well in the shipping way. But If it has bad weather, flights delayed and other uncontrollable factors in the shipping way, it may be a little delayed. You can check more information through HERE.

A: How Do I Cancel My Order?

Q: Before the package is shipped out, we can help you cancel the order immediately. If you want to cancel it, please contact support@femboyfashion.com ASAP. Please note that we have no way to cancel the order if the package has been shipped out.

A: How Can I Change The Order Information Or Shipping Information?

Q: If you place wrong order or need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service at support@femboyfashion.com for help! We will help you to change it.

A: How Can I Track My Package?

Q: When your package is shipped out, you will receive shipping confirmation email and then you can take your order number to check your shipping status. You can also use the tracking number on the following tracking links to find the tracking status.

A: Can I refuse to accept the package?

Q: We do not accept the refusal without any reasons. If you refuse to sign the package and lead to the return, the refund will not be provided. We suggest picking up the package first and we can help you return if you don’t need the items.

A: Do You Have Gift Cards?

Q: Of course, we do! Shop our eGift Card options here. The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift card code to forward to the intended recipient.

A: How Can I Use A Femboy Fashion E-gift Card Or Promo Code?

Q: When you start the checkout process click the button that says add a discount code or a gift card. Kindly note, promotion codes can't be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.
